The Tycoon Percussion TKCT-29 Crate Cajon is deisgned as a tribute to the roots of this instrument, which originated from African slaves in Peru using old wooden crates with which to play musical rhythms on as a means of expressing themselves musically.
Each cajon is crafted from environmentally friendly Siam Oak wood and has a unique aged wood finish, which also features wooden slats nailed to both of its sides and back to resemble an old wooden crate.This cajon features a fully adjustable snare wire.
