Prices

 

All prices and costs on this website for products, services or delivery costs are shown as accurate as possible, we do however reserve the right to change a price or specification without notice. If a price has to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be informed of this before the final processing of the order is taken out, an opportunity to cancel the order will be given to the customer. 

 

All new goods are inclusive of VAT at 20%, second hand goods are not included within this.

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

 

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. 

New goods can be returned, regardless of reason, within 14 days starting from the day the customer physically received the product. This is on the condition that the goods are with/within all original packaging and in 'new' condition i.e. they must be as you received them with no marks or other damage and fit for re-sale. The customer is responsible for return postage unless the item(s) are faulty. Please call 0161 273 1000 or email customerenquiries@johnnyroadhouse.co.uk to arrange a returns authorization before returning anything.

All returns must be authorised before the goods are sent back to us.

Returns on second hand or pre-owned items must be approved before the item(s) is returned. Please get in touch if you are having any problems.

All other new goods come with the standard 12 month manufacturers guarantee unless otherwise stated. Conditions of returns in respect to refunds, replacements and or repair vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and length of time that you have had the goods. It is best to call for advice on how to proceed with a return under warranty conditions.

We will not refund goods in which have been used and therefore cannot be resold as new such as hygiene reasons (ear protectors/plugs). We also cannot refund certain Copy right products such as opened dvd, Cds or software.

 

Ordering and Shipping

 

We aim to ship any sold goods as fast as we can, within one to two working days of receiving payment on an order though we cannot always guarantee this (UK regulations allow the supplier thirty days to dispatch any goods.) We aim to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible however if an item is out of stock we will aim to notify any customer by email/phone.

You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been accepted, you will then receive a separate email when the order has been dispatched.

Our aim is to get your item to you as quick and as safely as possible. Please note that second hand goods may take slightly longer to pack depending on the specific item.  If you have any specific requests or requirements regarding delivery please let us know.

We also can hand deliver certain items, mostly if they are too heavy or large for our usual couriers. This is done by a member of staff and price will depend on location and the size of the item, if this is something you'd be interested in please don't hesitate to give us a call or send an email.

Items are checked and inspected before shipping.
