Tanglewoods Blackbird series is inspired by the cosmetics of the 1940/50's era of US instruments, each model is carefully braced to provide tight bottom end bass notes and a clear rich high spectrum resonance. Each model has been bound in vintage ivory ABS materials to give them that Bakelite look from the 40's without affecting the sound or playability.
