This Rosetti Serenader  mandolin has a flat top with decorative inlays and an arched back with a pattern made from different coloured woods. It also has decorative wooden binding on the top edge. It probably dates from around the 1960s or 70s.

It is in fair condition for its age, but some of the wood joins on the back are starting to deteriorate and on one particular spot the wooden pieces have come apart and there is movement on the join. It is still a fully playable instrument, but has been priced to reflect the condition.
