A vintage 1982 Mesa Boogie Studio .22 combo amp.

A high quality vintage tube amp by Mesa Boogie. Made in California in 1982.
Has a lovely natural Bubinga shell and woven bamboo grill cover.

This amp boasts a crystal clear, somewhat trebly tone with a fine, controlled natural breakup at higher volumes. Is very powerful for an amp it's size with a great presence in the high mid and treble frequencies which would easily cut through any mix or live setup. Would be ideal for classic rock, surf rock, psychedelic rock, blues and punk.

Features a 5 band EQ which can be bypassed with a switch. Also has a built in reverb which is quite subtle unless turned up to full where it is reasonably prominent.

The speaker is a single 12'' Mesa Boogie Black Shadow.

The amp is in great condition for a 40+ yr old amp and is in full working order. Includes footswitch.
