USA made Gibson A4 mandolin. This instrument has a carved Spruce top with Maple back and sides and a mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard. It is finished with a red/orange stain The serial number is 26039, which dates it to around 1917.

This instrument is in great condition for its age, is in full working order and plays and sounds fantastic.

Includes original Gibson hard case.
