We ship items by various couriers including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD and others as the need arises. Most items take between 1 and 3 working days to arrive once shipped but can take up to 10 working days dependent on stock levels. If there will be any specific delay to delivery due to shipping reasons or stock levels then we will inform you before shipping. Tracking numbers can be provided upon request AFTER shipping, by email only, for most items. Delivery will be to your confirmed card address only (the address where the card was delivered to) unless an alternative address is arranged BEFORE ordering.
Delivery Schedule & Stock Levels
All orders are due to stock levels and availability, stated delivery time is from the dispatch of the item once the stock level is determined. In most cases your order will be dispatched the same or next working day unless quoted otherwise in the product listing. Some products state shipping as usually within 5 - 10 working days as they are normally shipped from the manufacturer / distributor from their stock to us as you order. Other items state 'available to order' which means that the manufacturers / distributors stock can be erratic and therefore may take between 1 week and 2 months to supply. We carry a large range of stock but also obtain supplies direct from the manufacturers / distributors. All orders placed on this website are considered as "Pending" until they are confirmed by us (Johnny Roadhouse Music)
When you place an order with us, this becomes a pending order. This means that we will then proceed to check our stock for the items in your order, if all items are present in our stock you will receive confirmation and the goods will be packed up and shipped out to your address. If at this point there are any items that we currently do not have in stock, you will be informed of this. In some cases we may be able to offer an alternative, in others we will be able to place your order on "Back Order", in cases where you have ordered multiple items and some are out of stock we will get in touch to offer to either send out the available items or to hold all items to be sent out at once. At this point you will be able to cancel your order if you so wish and the order status will go from "Pending" to "Cancelled".
This also applies if there are any discrepancies between the advertised price of an item and its correct price. While the order is in its initial status as "Pending" all prices will be double checked and if there are any errors the items in question will be cancelled off the order and you will be informed. This does not happen often, but please be aware that errors can occur.
If your item is not in stock, we will place your order on "Back Order" for you. This means that we will hold your order until we can get the item in stock, we will inform you straight away of this and will tell you how long the wait is likely to be. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
We do not process any of your sensitive credit card details on our site. We use large, established, bank authorised and respected 3rd parties for our online credit card processing. Our main processor is Sage Pay, we also accept. We can also accept payment through Paypal . Paypal is established and well known , Paypal is actually owned by eBay. Again, if paying through Paypal, we DO NOT see or deal with your credit card details.
If you order online, Johnny Roadhouse Music DOES NOT see your credit card details at any point. This is the most secure way of purchasing online. If ordering offline i.e. by fax or phone, then we process the payment through our merchant account with Natwest Streamline. We are a long standing merchant with Natwest Streamline (over 25 years), our store has been established for over 55 years. All card details are then destroyed once the transaction is completed.
We do not advise that you send any credit card details by email as this is sent over the internet in 'open' text so can therefore be read by anyone.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
NEW goods can be returned, regardless of reason, within 14 days. This is on condition that the goods are with/within all original packaging and in 'new' condition i.e. they must be as you received them with no marks or other damage and fit for re-sale. The customer is responsible for return postage unless the item(s) are faulty. Please call 0161 273 1111 and ask for Evan to arrange a returns authorization BEFORE returning anything. All returns must be authorised before the goods are sent back to us.
Returns on second hand or pre-owned items must be approved BEFORE the item(s) is returned. Please get in touch if you are having any problems.
All other new goods come with the standard 12 month manufacturers guarantee unless otherwise stated. Conditions of returns in respect to refunds, replacements and or repair vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and length of time that you have had the goods. It is best to call for advice on how to proceed with a return under warranty conditions.
